I just can't get the image of long lines of suits waiting outside of each booth from my head! Reminiscent of the queue at Glastonbury for the facilities, without the mud - the shape and size of the pod is not that dissimilar too! But could a small, confined desk be the future of your odd venture into the City?
The more I think about it, the more I come around to this idea -
If you're looking to remove yourself temporarily from your bland, boring home office, switching to one of these booths may not be your best bet. However, for the odd emergency workstation, perhaps it is the answer. Could we even see these temporary pods pop up on the streets and in parks? I'm sure those developing this product have the workflow and booking system for availability figured out.
Are pay-by-the-minute booths the future of work?
