A recent survey conducted by Insurance Post has revealed a continuing slow adoption of technology and a lack of preparedness for digital disruption within the London Market.
The survey showed that less than a fifth of respondents are “very confident” that they can meet the Lloyd's and London Market modernisation requirements and adapt to customer needs.
